We process this data to respond to your enquiry and to take steps at your request before any engagement — a legitimate interest in, and the pre-contractual handling of, your request. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with the matter and to meet our professional and legal obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@caldervance.com and we will act on reasonable requests.

Please do not send privileged or highly sensitive detail through the form. No lawyer–client relationship, and no privilege, arises until we have agreed to act and confirmed it in writing.
