How Calder & Vance handles the limited personal data you share through this site. We keep this short and accurate.
Who we are
The data controller is Calder & Vance (“we”). You can reach us at info@caldervance.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us: the name, organisation, email, topic and message you submit through the contact form or the optional email field on our tools. We do not place advertising cookies and we do not track you across other sites.
Why, and on what basis
We process this data to respond to your enquiry and to take steps at your request before any engagement — a legitimate interest in, and the pre-contractual handling of, your request. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with the matter and to meet our professional and legal obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@caldervance.com and we will act on reasonable requests.
Confidentiality
Please do not send privileged or highly sensitive detail through the form. No lawyer–client relationship, and no privilege, arises until we have agreed to act and confirmed it in writing.
Analytics & security
We use cookieless analytics and a security check on our forms; see our Cookie Policy. We do not advise on circumventing or evading sanctions, and this notice is general information, not legal advice.
